Conference languages
German, English, French, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Italian.
The talks will be given in German and simultaneously translated into English, French, Russian, Swedish and Spanish. The lecture on 7.10. will be in English.
Headsets are available at the entrance to the auditorium when the conference starts.

Conference meals
Conference meals include 3 midday and 4 evening meals. Breakfast (4 days) may be booked separately for a total price of 60 CHF (c. 43 Euro). We regret that food intolerances cannot be catered for at the conference meals.
Parking card
for the period of the conference 28 CHF (c. 19 Euro) (not directly by the Goetheanum building). Disabled drivers need to display their passes in the car to be clearly visible.
Confirmation | methods of payment
Credit card (all countries) - the total amount will be charged to your card on receipt of your booking.
Invoice (EU): Confirmation and invoice will be sent once your booking has been received.
Other countries: Confirmation will be sent to you once your booking has been processed.
Please note that the conference fee must have been received by us/paid before the beginning of the conference.
Conference tickets. Paid-for tickets can be collected from the Information Desk on arrival, those not yet paid from Reception. We accept Swiss Francs and Euro in cash, as well as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, ec-direct and Postcard-Schweiz.
Cancellation
Cancellation in writing will be accepted until 14 days prior to the begin of the congress (date of posting). After this, half the conference fee and the whole cost of booked meals will be charged. The whole sum will be due on non-appearance or with cancellation on the conference date. There will be no additional charge if you arrange for someone else to take your place.
Cancellation insurance
Subject to a payment of 3% of total costs (minimum 5 CHF), full cancellation insurance can be taken out to cover illness (including dependent children and partner), job loss and force majeure.
