Michaela Gloeckler, MD
Born in Stuttgart in 1946. Waldorf education, study of philosophy, history, German language and literature, theology, and medicine. Autodidactic study of anthroposophy. Paediatrician, youth medicine. Worked as paediatrician and Waldorf school doctor until 1988. Then took over as leader of the Medical Section at the Goetheanum. Numerous publications on development in childhood and youth.

Andreas Fischer
Born in 1954, curative education diploma, teacher, supervisor. More than 20 years working at a special residential school in eastern Switzerland. 1995 - 2006, head of coordination, Swiss association for anthroposophical curative education and social therapy, and from 2006, head of anthroposophical college of curative education, social education and social therapy (HFHS) in Dornach.
 
 

Phenomenological and neurobiological aspects of conscious awareness

Prof. Thomas Fuchs
Born in 1958; professor of philosophical basis of psychiatry at Heidelberg University. Following study of medicine, philosophy and history of science, doctorates in history of medicine and philosophy. From 1997, head of medicine, from 2005, professor at Heidelberg psychiatric university hospital. Numerous publications, most recently on the brain, organ for relationships, a phenomenological and ecological concept.

Roland Halfen, PhD
Born in 1958, studies history of art, philosophy and archaeology in Freiburg and Munich. Doctorate (history of art and philosophy) and on the staff of Witten Herdecke University. From 2002, on the staff of Rudolf Steiner Archive in Dornach, editing Rudolf Steiner‘s works in the arts.
 
 

Social awareness and social
therapy


Penelope Roberts-Baring
Lives and works at Copake Camphill Village, a social therapeutic community in New York State. Has been working from 1980 in leading positions in the Anthroposophical Society in North America; currently responsible for the General Section in the North American faculty of the School of Spiritual Science. Teaches social therapy in the USA and was for several years responsible for a training course in India. Also in the Asian Pacific Group of the Anthroposophical Society. Penelope is married and has three children and four grandchildren.

Born in Stuttgart in 1963, specialist in childhood and youth psychiatry. Head of Ita Wegman Institute of Basic Research in Anthroposophy in Arlesheim. Professor of medical anthropology at Alanus School of Art and Society in Alfter. Numerous monographs on spiritual-scientific anthropology, medicine and education, cultural history and biographics.
