Booking confirmation and Methods of payment

 

Invoice (DE | CH): Confirmation and invoice will be sent once your booking has been received.
 

Other countries:  Confirmation will be sent once your booking has been received. Tickets can be collected at the reception on arrival. We accept CHF and Euro in cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, ec-direct and Postcard-Schweiz.

 

Credit card payments (all countries): The total will be debited to your card when your booking is received. Confirmation of registration will be sent or may be collected at the reception.

 

Cancellation in writing will be accepted until 14 days prior to the begin of the congress (date of posting). After this, half the conference fee and the total amount for the meals will be charged. The whole sum will be due on non-appearance or with cancellation on the conference date. There will be no additional charge if you arrange for someone else to take your place.

 

Cancellation insurance:  Subject to a payment of 3 % of total costs (minimum 5 CHF), full cancellation insurance can be taken out to cover illness (including dependent children and partner), jobloss and serious crime.

 

Data processing:  Address details will be recorded and stored electronically.
 

Conference languages

German, Dutch, English, French, Russian, Spanish, Swedish.

 

Lectures will be given in German and interpreted simultaneously into English, French, Dutch, Russian, Swedish and Spanish. Please indicate on the application form if you wish to have simultaneous interpretation. You can then collect the necessary headphones at the beginning of the conference from the Information Desk.

 
Travel cost support
 

Participants from financially weak countries or from overseas can be helped with travel cost support if necessary. Please end relevant enquiries in writing until 15. Daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Ticket sales daily at the same times. Telephone at Reception served from 9 a.m. – 12 noon and 2 – 6 p.m. daily (0041 61 706 44 44).

 
Conference meals

 
The Vital-Restaurant in the Speisehaus offers quality conference meals based mainly on organic and biodynamic produce. These must be booked in advance. We regret that food intolerances cannot be taken into account for these meals. Three midday and four evening meals at CHF 16.50 each = CHF 115.50 (8 – 11 October) can be booked together with your conference ticket. Additionally 4x Breakfast to 52.- CHF can be ordered separately. Final date forbooking this will be 3 October 2008. Individual breakfast and other meals available á la carte from 8 a.m. in the Vital Café in the South Foyer during the conference. www.vital-group.ch

Parking

 
Parking charges apply on Goetheanum land. A parking ticket for the length of the conference costs CHF 28.- (approx. EUR 18) and can be obtained at the Conference Office. For drivers with walking difficulties a place to park can be reserved.
