Rüdiger Grimm

 

born in 1952, grammar school, then non-military national service at Camphill boarding school for special needs in Bruckfelden, Germany; traîning in curative education at Camphill training college, Lake Constance; study of Waldorf education at Stuttgart teachers' training college; study of General and Special Education in Weingarten and Reutlingen. Qualification as curative teacher, Waldorf school teacher, teacher GHS, teacher in special education; diploma in education; doctorate in educational sciences at Martin Luther University, Halle, Germany.

 

1976 - 1995, working in Camphill Brachenreuthe School Community as housemaster, teacher, musician, and from 1989 head.

 

From 1995, Secretary of the Curative Education and Social Therapy Council. Responsible for international collaboration in anthroposophical curative education and social therapy. Editor of the journal Seelenpflege, lecturing at home and abroad, author and editor on subjects in the field of curative education and social therapy.

 

Married, three grown-up children.
