The ordered tickets will be sent by mail. Through registering on time you avoid long waiting at the counter.
Conference tickets
Conference fee: CHF 295.-,
reduced fee for students (please enclose copy of your student card) and senior citizens
CHF 195.-
Germany and Switzerland: After processing your order, the necessary documents (conference card, possibly meal tickes, parking card) and an invoice will be sent. (Credit card payments: see below)
Other countries: Confirmation will be sent once your booking form has been processed. Please collect the documents you ordered (conference ticket; meal tickets; parking permit) at the Conference Office counter near the Goetheanum West entrance (opening times: see below). Payment may be made in cash (all valid currencies) or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, maestro and Postcard-Schweiz). On prepayment with credit card, the above documents will be sent by post. Please do not send cheques and do not make remittances of any kind before receiving your invoice!
Credit card (all countries): If the credit card number is given up until 14 days before the Conference begins (only VISA, Mastercard, American Express), the total will be charged directly to your card (no invoice sent). Credit card bookings are not possible with forms received less than 14 days ahead. Please enter card number and expiry date in the booking form. Your documents will be sent to you in advance.
Conference languages
German, English, Dutch, Swedish, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian.
Lectures are given in German and interpreted simultaneously into English, French, Dutch, Swedish, Russian, Spanish and Italian. Please indicate on the application form if you wish to have simultaneous interpretation. You can then collect the necessary headphones at the beginning of the conference from the Information Desk.
Travelcost support
Participants from financially poor countries or from overseas can be helped with travelcost support if necessary. Please send relating enquiries by writing to the

Community meals
In collaboration with the Speisehaus restaurant, the Goetheanum offers vegetarian meals made biodynamic products. By booking firmly in advance you help us make suitable preparations and avoid long waiting times. The following offer is meant per person, the number of meals and days cannot be changed and the mealvouchers cannot be distributed on several persons.

General price guide per person and night:
Begegnungs-Zentrum CHF 35.- ? 50.- (double/single), 25.- (more beds) without breakfast
Friedwart House: CHF 50.- ? 70.- (double room), CHF 60.- ? 90.- (single room) breakfast incl.
Hotel: CHF 100.- ? 150.- (breakfast incl.)
Private room: CHF 30.- ? 45.- (without breakfast)
Please pay the hotel or private hosts directly. Bookings are binding and will be confirmed in writing.
Booking conditions:
Private rooms:. Please let your hosts know the time of your arrival at least 3 days in advance in writing or by telephone. If cancelling, inform the hosts and the Accommodation Office. Cancellation costs are 60% of the price unless the room can be let to someone else.
Parking
Parking charges apply on Goetheanum land. A parking ticket for the length of the conference costs CHF 30.-. and can be obtained at the Conference Office. For people with walking difficulties a place to park can be reserved. Please enter your car number on the application form.
